How does BounceBall work?
Press the power button once and it comes alive: it rolls, bounces and changes direction on its own. Built-in motion sensors react when your dog nudges or pounces on it, so every tap restarts the chase.
Does it stop on its own?
Yes. When playtime slows down it pauses to save battery and wakes up again at the slightest touch ðī
Is it right for my dog?
It's 52mm, a bit smaller than a tennis ball, ideal for small and medium breeds. Bigger dogs can enjoy it too with supervised play ðū
How long does the battery last?
One USB-C charge covers several play sessions over a few days of typical use. Charging takes about an hour and the cable is in the box ð
Is it safe to chew?
The shell is a durable, bite-resistant, pet-safe material. It's a chase toy, not a chew toy, so supervise play and put it away between sessions.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Rinse the shell under running water and make sure the charging port is dry before plugging in ð§
